Our award-winning resort has been honoured on many occasions for industry excellence, team expertise and our luxurious all-suite product offering. From the sumptuous Hébe Spa to our family friendly facilities and our passionate people, we have been recognised on many levels and this is the basis on which the resort has established itself within the crème de la crème of the island’s hospitality offerings.
Our most recent win comes from the world-renowned Haute Grandeur Excellence Awards 2018, which honoured us with the accolade of ‘Best Family Hotel on a Global level’ for our luxury family offering, high attention to detail and expertise in understanding what families truly need from their time away.
2018 also saw the resort scoop the prestigious Signum Virtutis Seal of Excellence at the Seven Stars Luxury Hospitality and Lifestyle Awards. This prestigious award aims to separate the exceptional from the very best and therefore ensures that Columbia Beach Resort sits at the pinnacle of the luxury hospitality sector. This is the second time we have been awarded this seal in the last two years.
Other accolades we proudly hold include: World Travel Awards for Europe’s Leading All Suite Resort and Mediterranean’s Leading Resort (2018, 2017 and 2016); Cyprus’ Leading Resort (2017, 2016, 2014 and 2013); the Mediterranean’s Leading Spa Resort (2015 and 2009) and Cyprus’ Leading Spa Resort (2012,2011 and 2008).
Our stunning Hébe Spa holds the ‘Resort Spa of the Year: Eastern Europe’ from the World Spa and Wellness Awards 2018; and our frontline team were acknowledged by British Airways with its Holidays Customer Excellence Award in 2018 and 2016.
Personnel accolades also come in the form of the Amour Love Travel Awards in which our Sales Manager Costandinos Christofi received the title of Leading Sales Professional 2018. Voted for by peers within the industry, Christofi pipped hundreds of sales professionals worldwide to collect this award in Monaco.
We have been recognised with TripAdvisor Travelers’ Choice® awards for Top Luxury Hotel, Top Hotel for Romance, Top Hotel for Service and Top Hotel in Cyprus 2017. The World Golf Awards has also honoured Columbia Beach Resort with its Best Golf Hotel Cyprus (2015).
