Cape Aspro Restaurant
With its tantalizing Mediterranean and Asian culinary choices and exotic cocktails, Cape Aspro offers a more relaxed, alfresco dining option and a stunning location overlooking Pissouri Bay. Using the best ingredients, our Executive Chef Polis Papageorgiou has created delightful dishes designed for lunch and dinner. During the day, you can swim up to the Cape Aspro Pool Bar and order a drink or cool off with an ice cream on the terrace. If you’re staying on the east side of the resort then enjoy a delicious breakfast at Cape Aspro.

Bacchus Restaurant
Eating well is a key element of any stay at the Columbia Beach Resort. Our celebrated team of chefs uses the wealth of ingredients that grow abundantly in the Cyprus sunshine and source the best from around the world to produce heavenly cuisine. With its high ceilings and elegant furnishings, Bacchus Restaurant invites guests to indulge in a glamorous gourmet tasting menu for dinner, sampling the best of Contemporary European inspired dining the island has to offer, with a menu carefully created by our Resort’s award-winning, Michelin Star-trained Executive Chef, Polis Papageorgiou, who is unfailingly driven by passion, imagination, and sincerity in sharing his love of food with our guests. Bacchus is also the site at which guests are invited to enjoy their daily sumptuous breakfast, bursting with both sweet and savoury delights.
Dining at Bacchus is not included in the half/full board terms. Guests staying on half/full board will be granted a discount per person on the total food bill.
Bacchus dinner is available seasonally and on specific weekdays.

Apollo Tavern
Looking out over the gardens and turquoise sea, the Apollo Tavern offers a traditional Cypriot dining experience in a beautiful rustic setting. Open for both lunch and dinner, our creative chef serves up typical local and Greek cuisine, including favourites like moussaka, souvlaki and kleftiko, alongside plenty of fish and seafood. For those who want to try everything, there is a delicious meze menu offering a vast array of small dishes that you can share between you.
