Our Bacchus Italian Gourmet Restaurant is named after the mythical Greek god of wine and mystical ecstasy.
A celebration of Italian cuisine – putting diners closely in touch with regional specialties from across Italy – Bacchus is a truly inviting space, with its high ceilings, elegant furnishings, and welcoming staff.
Whether sat inside, or along our sun-drenched terrace next to the palm-fringed pool, diners may sway to the soft sounds of live Italian music, whilst leisurely perusing the rich menu.
Bacchus' à la carte menu has been carefully created by our Resort’s award-winning, Michelin Star-trained Executive Chef, Ioannis Giakoumidis, who is unfailingly driven by passion, imagination, and sincerity in sharing his love of food with our guests.
Bacchus is also the site at which guests are invited to enjoy their daily sumptuous breakfast, bursting with both sweet and savoury delights spanning a selection of home-made breads and pastries, cereals, fresh fruits, pancakes, waffles, eggs made to order, sparkling wine, and more.
